2. Use of Catly

Catly is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use Catly solely for the purpose of training and managing your cat(s). You agree not to use Catly for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms of Use.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of Catly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content

Catly owns the rights to all content you access through Catly. It may not be distributed for any purpose. However, by using Catly, you grant Catly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving Catly.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using Catly, you agree not to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Interfere with the operation of Catly or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Catly.
• Use Catly to harass, stalk, or otherwise harm others.

Catly and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Catly or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Catly without prior written consent from Catly.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Catly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Catly does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of Catly or its content.

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Catly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Catly and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of Catly or your violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Changes to Terms

Catly reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on Catly. Your continued use of Catly after the posting of the updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
